BEE Empowered is a member of the Cape Town Regional Chamber of Commerce. Lizette Frank (Founder and Managing Member) Lizette obtained her (BA) L.L.B. degree at the University of Stellenbosch in 1988. She worked as a Public Prosecutor in Grahamstown and Cape Town for a period of three years before joining Silberbauers Attorneys where she completed her articles. She was admitted as an attorney in 1993 and worked as a Professional Assistant in Silberbauer’s Labour Department before establishing her own law firm under the name and style of Frank Seton Attorneys in June 1995, specialising in Labour Law. Lizette serves on the Board of Directors of ABVA and heads their disciplinary and ethics committee, is a member of the Law Society of the Cape of Good Hope and serves as a member on the Cape Town Regional Chamber’s Accreditation and Alignment BEE-Forum.
